This website is designed to keep enquiries straightforward and collect as little information as possible.
Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, your name, business, email address, service of interest and message are securely processed by our Firebase service and emailed to James at james@lordhowe.life through Gmail. Your email address is used as the reply address. James uses these details to respond and discuss the services you request. Enquiry contents are retained in the email account, not in our website database.
Website hosting
Google Firebase hosts this website and processes technical request information to deliver and secure it. To prevent abuse and duplicate sends, we temporarily store non-content delivery records for up to 30 days and daily hashed request identifiers and counters for up to two days, subject to automatic deletion processing. This site does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or non-essential cookies.
Third-party services
Google Firebase and Gmail process website enquiries to deliver them to James. If you use the direct email link instead, your email provider also handles your message. Future booking services will have separate terms and privacy information before they become available.
